MDM Client Director

Position Summary of MDM Client Director

The Delivery Director is a business-minded individual with technical knowledge and experience. This individual is ultimately responsible for delivery and sales by way of the successful communication of our services for our clients. This position gives the individual the opportunity to serve as a project team leader and mentor as well as a key advisor of sales and account planning. This role is crucial to instill confidence in our clients, to acquire new clients and to maintain existing clients by defining strategic roadmaps for future projects.

Essential Responsibilities / Characteristics of MDM Client Director

  • Implement MDM projects, such as EnterWorks, Stibo, Reltio, Salsify and more
  • Performs with high level of autonomy
  • Responsible for successful delivery of projects to clients (3-5 accounts at any, given time)
  • Serves as a mentor and a leader of project team
  • Manage overall project delivery
  • Manage projects in accordance with customer contracts
  • Manage project scope and project plans
  • Maintain relationships with client stakeholders
  • Manage resource allocations and forecasting
  • Account status reporting
  • Time and expense management and approval for all project resources
  • Point of escalation for project teams (internal and client)
  • Document SOWs and CRs and review with sales and leadership teams
  • Define staffing requirements
  • Maintain individual utilization
  • Coordinate with the sales team for all account management activities (account planning)

Necessary Skills / Attributes of MDM Client Director

  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree
  • Understanding of consulting economics
  • Strong client relationship development
  • Information Management (MDM/PIM) experience is a plus
  • Highly self-motivated, yet coachable and collaborative
  • Very organized and able to develop proposals of projects and report on projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
