Marketing Manager

Position Summary

Are you looking to take the next step in your marketing career? We’re looking for an energetic and versatile marketer who will be a main contributor in shaping Amplifi’s outward image, driving growth across digital channels and at partner events. You’ll need to uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns. You’ll need to understand what can attract our customers and prospects and how we can improve customer experience.

If you’re creative and strategic, with experience implementing targeted brand campaigns, we’d like to meet you. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective, advertising projects. Curiosity, eagerness to learn and the ability to take direction and work independently are extremely important.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. You should have experience with current, marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Publish promotional and informative content and campaigns that drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Maintain and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, website administration, email, social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) and display advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, partner events, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Produce valuable and engaging content across multiple, digital channels that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Oversee marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust content accordingly
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Collaborate with internal and partner teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience


  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a corporate setting
  • Experience creating and publishing compelling content
  • Skillful in great copy, witty communication and aesthetics
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • A problem solver

  • A desire to constantly grow and learn
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations, graphic design, information management or other, related field
