Position Summary

Amplifi’s Solution Consultants work with our customers to develop effective, master data management solutions and to help them leverage various platforms to deliver high quality, complete and consistent master data as the foundation for achieving the goals of their digital strategy. Curiosity, eagerness to learn, the ability to take direction and to work independently are extremely important.

Essential Responsibilities 

  • Participate and lead customer-facing workshops such as requirements gathering, analysis, and design session
  • Become a trusted member of our customer’s team by understanding their business, terminology, culture, goals and business needs
  • Act as an advisor to customers, bringing them insight into expertise gained from common business cases
  • Identify and document, both functionally and technically, the current state and future state artifacts, i.e., documents, pictures, videos, etc.
  • Build and implement business processes and governance models that help clients achieve the customer’s targeted outcomes
  • Help lead clients as we work to develop and implement data quality management practices and tools
  • Configure MDM software to meet client requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues

Qualifications

  • A problem solver
  • Detail and process oriented
  • Experience with C#, Java, JavaScript or SQL is a plus
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams
  • Enjoys groupwork
  • Experience working with customers face to face
  • Tech-savvy
  • A desire to constantly grow and learn
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, industrial engineering, information management, computer science or other related field
