    The assessment

    Amplifi’s expert data consultants lead workshops and interviews with key stakeholders, typically a mix of executive and non-executive, business and technical. Workshops are highly structured where possible, designed to work effectively through the key parts of the assessment framework. Our consultants work through the content, ask the questions beneath the framework and document stakeholder responses. In some cases, document review is also needed to get a full understanding of existing capabilities and requirements.

    The report

    Our consultants curate all outputs from workshops, interviews and document reviews to produce a tangible capability assessment report. It includes measured scores against each framework component, commentary on how each is functioning in relation to business need, synthesis and playback of findings tailored to the relevant audience, and recommendations to improve and drive forward the identified data capabilities.
