Arc

Is your Alteryx estate holding your analytics back?

Arc is Amplifi’s structured migration service that assesses your Alteryx estate, migrates only the workflows that still deliver value, and verifies every one before sign-off on Dataiku.

Alteryx to Dataiku Migration

Move what matters. Leave behind what doesn’t.

Most Alteryx estates have grown organically over years. Duplication, redundancy and workflows nobody owns are the norm. Migrating all of it to a new platform recreates the problem somewhere more expensive.

Arc takes a different path. We assess workflow complexity, dependencies and business criticality first, then classify each workflow for retirement, replacement, rebuild or modernization. Only what still delivers value moves to Dataiku, in controlled waves, with every workflow verified against its Alteryx source before your team takes it on.

The result? Less migration scope, lower risk, business continuity throughout, and a Dataiku environment built for governed analytics, collaboration and AI rather than a copy of what you had before.

Which leading brands have trusted Amplifi with their data and AI?

From uncertainty to a plan

Arc turns that uncertainty into a prioritized, costed and verifiable migration path.

business challenges

Does your Alteryx environment feel increasingly difficult to plan around?

A renewal or wider analytics-platform decision is creating pressure, but the current workflow estate is not understood well enough to make a confident choice.

Teams continue building because the current environment remains operational. Every additional workflow may later need to be assessed, retired or migrated.

Month-end reporting, forecasting and operational activity may depend on Alteryx every day. Any transition must protect those outcomes, not simply recreate technical components on another platform.

Ownership, dependencies, schedules and complexity are often fragmented. Without an evidence-based estate view, cost and delivery plans remain assumptions.

Siloed workflows can make collaboration, governance, scale and the move towards enterprise analytics and AI more difficult.

use cases

How can Arc help your organization?

Renewal-led enterprise migration

An organization is approaching an Alteryx renewal but lacks a reliable view of its workflow estate, dependencies and true migration scope. Arc creates the evidence needed to determine what should move and how the migration should be sequenced.

Business-function migration

A finance, FP&A, supply chain or operations team needs to move away from Alteryx without disrupting recurring reporting or operational processes. Arc provides a controlled workflow-by-workflow migration and verification approach.

our approach

A controlled path from uncertainty to migration

Arc combines a proven methodology with a tailored delivery model. Assess is a fixed two-week phase; Migrate is scoped from the blueprint it produces, so you commit to the migration only once you know what it involves.

01

Assess: Understand the estate before committing to the move

We build a clear picture of your Alteryx environment and define the migration path. This phase is the defined standalone entry point and provides the basis for scoping the migration phase.

02

Migrate: Move the workflows that deserve to survive

Approved workflows are migrated to Dataiku in controlled waves. The Migrate phase translates the workflows approved in the migration blueprint, using accelerator-supported and engineer-led approaches according to workflow needs.

03

Verify and transition: Prove the result before responsibility transfers

Each migrated workflow is checked against its Alteryx source before it is accepted. Representative data passes through both source and target, discrepancies are documented and formal sign-off is completed.

Your role

How might Arc be relevant in your role?

Data and analytics leaders

CDOs, CIOs, VPs of Analytics and platform leaders looking to simplify the analytics estate, establish stronger controls or enable a broader analytics and AI strategy.

Business-function leaders

Finance, FP&A, supply chain and operations leaders who own important Alteryx workflows and need to maintain service continuity throughout the change.

Data and analytics teams

Analysts and technical teams who understand the existing workflows, will support validation and will ultimately work within the Dataiku environment.

WHY WORK WITH US

Why choose Amplifi for your project?

Amplifi combines practical migration delivery with deep data-management, platform and governance experience. Arc is designed to help business leaders control migration cost, scope and risk while giving technical teams confidence in how workflows are assessed, rebuilt and verified.

Portfolio reset, not lift-and-shift

We challenge what should move before treating the entire estate as migration scope.

Purpose-built migration approach

Arc is designed around the Alteryx-to-Dataiku transition rather than applying a generic platform-migration model.

Verification built into delivery

A workflow is not treated as complete simply because it runs in Dataiku. Its output is compared with the Alteryx source before sign-off.

A controlled first commitment

Arc's initial assessment phase gives you a migration blueprint and an explicit decision point before committing to the migration.

FAQs

You ask, we answer

The questions we hear most about moving from Alteryx to Dataiku.

No – Arc evaluates the workflow estate before migration begins. Workflows can be classified for retirement, replacement, re-platforming, rebuilding or modernisation so that effort is focused on what genuinely needs to survive.

No – Arc’s phase one ‘Assess’ is a standalone first step that produces a workflow catalogue, complexity scoring, dependency map and migration blueprint. This creates a defined decision point before Arc’s ‘Migrate’ phase is commissioned.

Workflows are migrated in controlled waves and tested using representative data. The Dataiku output is compared with the original Alteryx output, and discrepancies are documented and resolved before formal sign-off.

Arc is designed to complement internal capability with a structured methodology, migration patterns, engineering support and enablement. The objective is to help your team take ownership of the Dataiku environment after the migration.

Arc supports enterprise data and analytics leaders considering a wider platform change, as well as finance, FP&A, supply chain and operations teams that depend on Alteryx workflows for recurring business processes.

Not necessarily. Existing use or evaluation of Dataiku is identified as a strong-fit signal, but the Arc materials also accommodate organizations without an existing Dataiku relationship. Dataiku is, however, the target platform for Arc delivery.

The ‘Assess’ phase is designed as a fixed two-week phase. The duration of your ‘Migrate’ phase depends on the workflow scope and complexity established through the migration blueprint. The source materials do not provide a validated standard total engagement duration.
