Channel Marketing Manager

As Channel Marketing Manager, you will drive and grow demand through Amplifi’s partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for creating and executing partner-facing programs, campaigns, and incentives that enable channel partners to effectively market and sell Amplifi’s solutions. By building strategic channel relationships, you will play a critical role in expanding Amplifi’s reach and scaling demand. Position Summary
As Channel Marketing Manager, you will drive and grow demand through Amplifi’s partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for creating and executing partner-facing programs, campaigns, and incentives that enable channel partners to effectively market and sell Amplifi’s solutions. By building strategic channel relationships, you will play a critical role in expanding Amplifi’s reach and scaling demand. Success in this role requires strong collaboration skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in partner marketing and demand generation.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partner-facing demand generation strategies including integrated programs, campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth.
- Design and manage partner incentive programs to increase engagement, accelerate sales performance, and strengthen partner loyalty.
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to align partner priorities, support joint pipeline goals, and improve partner activation and engagement.
- Support sales team with coordinated outreach to joint partner target accounts lists
- Lead management within CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities and partner attribution
- Enable partners with turnkey campaign toolkits, including clear messaging, positioning, and best practices to ensure successful demand execution.
- Monitor, measure, and optimize program performance using data-driven insights, and provide regular reporting and recommendations to improve ROI and partner impact.
- Manage and coordinate partner marketing events (co-sponsored tradeshows, annual partner events, roundtables etc.)
- Work closely with Demand Generation Manager to ensure partner-led campaigns align to wider Amplifi marketing outputs
- Collaborate with Amplifi marketing counterparts in other regions on global marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency with global brand
- Keep wider team up to date on relevant partner news, opportunities and updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to foster trust, collaboration, and long-term success.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and partner guidelines across all campaigns and assets.
- Collaborate on content development (blogs, case studies, webinars) that highlights partner success stories and drives joint marketing opportunities.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitive insights to continuously evolve partner marketing strategies and maintain a best-in-class approach.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and tools as needed.
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in demand generation, partner marketing, or channel management
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing programs through channel partners
- Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
