Demand Generation Manager
Location: Anywhere (US)
The strategic and results-driven Demand Generation Manager will own and scale programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation activities across the prospect cycle, in close partnership with Sales, Channel, and Delivery teams.

Position Summary
The strategic and results-driven Demand Generation Manager will own and scale programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation activities across the prospect cycle, in close partnership with Sales, Channel, and Delivery teams.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and revenue growth, based on strategic targets
- Coordinating content creation including copy and design, collaborating with SMEs and key stakeholders internally and externally
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including:
- Paid digital (search, paid social)
- Email marketing and marketing automation
- Content-driven programs
- Webinars, virtual events, tradeshows
- In-person events (roundtables, happy hours, CDO events)
- Work with Amplifi marketing counterparts in other regions to collaborate on global marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency with global brand
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations.
- Manage and optimize lead nurturing programs to increase conversion rates and accelerate the sales cycle.
- Lead management in Salesforce including accurate tracking of MQLs and marketing attribution
- CRM list management/segmentation for both campaigns and sales target accounts
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform demand generation strategies and messaging.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes.
- Updating wider Amplifi team on upcoming lead generation activities and encouraging input and feedback
- Work in tandem with the Channel Marketing Manager to ensure partner marketing campaigns align with wider regional campaign strategy.
- Evaluate campaigns regularly to boost results and ROI.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in demand generation.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and tools as needed.
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in demand generation or a related field
- Proficiency in marketing automation with HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
- Ability to write and instruct copy that adheres to brand guidelines and consistent tone of voice
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
