Position Summary

Amplifi is seeking a strategic, revenue-focused Director, North America Alliances to design, operationalize, and scale our partner growth engine. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this leader will transform partner relationships into a disciplined, high-velocity channel for co-sell and partner-sourced pipeline.

Unlike traditional alliance management, this is a strategic commercial role. You will own the North America partner pipeline target, establish joint business plans with priority software vendors (e.g., Stibo Systems, Dataiku, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft), and partner cross-functionally with Commercial Strategy, Demand Generation, and Practice Leadership to commercialize co-branded offerings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Alliance Strategy & Revenue Ownership

  • Own the Alliance Pipeline Target: Direct accountability for driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline toward overall company growth targets.
  • Tiered Portfolio Management: Execute a dual-track alliance strategy—optimizing mature partnerships (Stibo, Dataiku) for immediate pipeline while systematically activating growth and emerging hyperscaler/AI channels.
  • Joint Business Planning: Establish formal, executive-backed Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and QBR cadences with key alliance leaders and regional vendor sales reps.

2. Co-Sell Engine & Field Activation

  • Account Mapping & Co-Selling: Drive systematic account overlap analysis across vendor client lists and Amplifi targets to surface co-selling and attach opportunities.
  • Field Alignment & Enablement: Build a tiered rep-tracking and engagement system across vendor sales teams (AEs, RVPs, CS) to position Amplifi as the go-to implementation and optimization partner.
  • Installed-Base Mining: Build motions into vendor Customer Success organizations to identify rescue, optimization, and health-check opportunities across existing client bases.

3. Channel Offering Commercialization & GTM Handoffs

  • Partner Offering Engine: Feed market development and partner funding (MDF) into Amplifi’s quarterly offering queue, working alongside Commercial Strategy to package, price, and launch co-branded solutions (e.g., cloud migrations, AI governance plays).
  • MDF & Funding Optimization: Win and manage MDF and partner resources to underwrite joint marketing campaigns, roadshows, and field enablement at zero net cost to the firm.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Demand Generation to align partner tags in CRM/Salesforce for accurate, auditable attribution, and enable internal sales leads on partner plays

What You Bring to the Role

  • Proven Executive Track Record: 5+ years of progressive experience in alliance management, partner sales, or commercial strategy within boutique or enterprise data/analytics consultancies.
  • Proven Systems Builder: Demonstrated success building repeatable, auditable co-sell engines that move partner relationships from passive badges to measurable revenue drivers.
  • Ecosystem Expertise: Deep, active network across enterprise data, governance, cloud, and AI vendor ecosystems (e.g., Stibo, Dataiku, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft, or similar).
  • Commercial Savvy: Deep understanding of consulting economics, services-attach dynamics, software margins, and MDF funding mechanics.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to seamlessly bridge the gap between technical practice leads, commercial strategists, marketing, and external vendor executive suites.
