Finance Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Location: UK Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
THE ROLE: As Finance Manager at Amplifi, you’ll be a key part of a small, high-impact Finance team supporting a growing, multinational data consultancy. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll be responsible for core finance activity across the group, including management accounting, payroll oversight, VAT compliance, cash flow management and balance sheet control across multiple entities. Joining a small team, you’ll step into established processes, with the trust and autonomy to question, improve and modernise them where it makes sense. Beyond the day-to-day, this role offers genuine scope to grow. As Amplifi expands, you’ll play a bigger part in budgeting, forecasting and system optimisation, and work closely with senior leaders to provide clear, commercial insight that supports better decision-making across the business. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, values ownership and accountability, and wants to make a visible impact in a people-first, growing consultancy.
At Amplifi, our people are our biggest asset, and are at the heart of everything we do. We’re proud of our relaxed, supportive culture and are intentional about building a diverse and inclusive team where people can grow, develop and do their best work. You don’t need to tick every box on the job description to apply - many of us didn’t start our careers at Amplifi as experts. If the role sounds interesting and you feel aligned with how we work, we’d love to hear from you.
