Project Manager
Salary: £50-60,000 Location: UK Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
As a Project Manager for Amplifi, you will lead end-to-end project execution, working closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring the successful delivery of data-driven solutions. Your role will be critical in coordinating all aspects of project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with client goals and satisfaction.

THE ROLE:
As a Project Manager for Amplifi, you will lead end-to-end project execution, working closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring the successful delivery of data-driven solutions. Your role will be critical in coordinating all aspects of project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with client goals and satisfaction.
WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING UP TO:
Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Understand client requirements and business goals as documented in the statement of work, and ensure the team delivers solutions that meet these objectives.
Team Coordination: Work closely with internal Amplifi team, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of data projects. Facilitate communication and successful collaboration among teams. Provide mentoring as required to members of the Amplifi team.
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Financial & Budget Management: Track project expenditures and report on financial performance, ensuring projects remain within budget.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to Amplifi best practices.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations. Provide regular updates to clients and internal leadership on project progress, challenges, and results.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies and contribute to the development of best practices within Amplifi.
Commercial Awareness: Identification and exploration of potential x-sell or up-sell opportunities.
THE ROLE WILL BE A GREAT FIT IF:
You have some of the below:
- We are looking for someone who has experience leading teams with internal and off-shore resources and/or partner resources
- Demonstrable experience and ability in programme and project management in complex technical and organisational environments, from business case development through to systems delivery and transition to operational teams
- Excellent understanding of a variety of project management methodologies as well as, proven experience of implementing a project management governance structure across an organisation, including reporting
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
- Experienced in managing projects both with and without a PMO in place. This role requires an excellent communicator, experienced at presenting at a senior level, internally and to clients. Able to engage and influence senior leaders within our business
- The ability to use MS Office products including a strong working knowledge of producing and managing plans in MS Project
- APM, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications or working towards
- Strong Planning, Resourcing Planning and Financial Management skills
