Amplifi conquer the National 3 Peaks Challenge

Our team of intrepid hikers raised over £6,000 raised for the Matt Hampson Foundation

3 peaks done

On Thursday 23rd June at 7.30am, a team of Amplifiers set off from the foot of Ben Nevis to climb the three highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales. By the next morning they had summitted Ben Nevis (1,344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (1,085m).

The challenge included:

  • Over 80,000+ steps
  • 26 miles walked
  • 3,000m climbed
  • 460+ miles driven

The 3 Peaks Challenge was part of Amplifi’s 2022 charity fundraising efforts which has so far included activities such as Wolf Runs, Eurovision sweepstakes and an upcoming skydive.

The 3 Peaks Challenge alone raised over £6,000 for our chosen charity, the Matt Hampson Foundation. The foundation provides advice, support, relief and treatment for anyone suffering serious injury or disability which has arisen from any cause, but particularly from participation in or training for any sport.

We’re so proud of our team of Amplifiers who took part in the challenge, and each helped raise funds.

Congratulations to Gregg Hardiman, Anna Hunt, Naomi Cruden, Mike Evans, Jacob Maher, Paul Thomas, Catherine Cherry, Elliott Clarkson, Stuart Squires, Lee Morgan, Stephen Daly and Philip Marsh.
